Argentina BBQ - It's all about the meat!

Argentina is famous for its meat, barbecued over massive fire pits.  There are lots of restaurants specializing in this and many have fire pits in their front windows. We had to go out to one for dinner and were not disappointed. The meat was amazing.  The fire pit gave it a very unique taste and flavour that is hard to describe.

Being a BBQ chef is an important job in Argentina

Some are even open fire pits.
