Our Apartments

On Monday, Feb 29th, we disembarked our cruise ship and fought our way through the crowds to get a taxi (there were 3 cruise ships unloading passengers that morning, so it was a zoo at the port). 

We eventually arrived at our apartment building and were met by Ricardo Castro, our landlord. Ricardo is a marine architect who has worked on the design of sail boats competing in the Americas Cup.  The apartments were in an ideal location, right in the heart of the city, near the famous Obelisk and close to restaurants, bars, tango clubs and the subway. While the apartments were basic, they suited our needs and were very inexpensive compared to hotels.

The view from our balcony on the 8th floor was fantastic.
