Santiago, Chile

We arrived in Santiago after a very good flight overnight.  We slept quite well and arrived about noon. We got to our hotel mid-day and went for a "walkabout" to check out our area. 
 Our hotel is in the new business district with lots of modern office buildings. We stopped at a local pub for a light lunch but ended up getting a huge meal of exquisite grilled fish. Tomorrow we are going to take the hop-on hop-off bus tour of the city.

A great lunch with our first taste of fine Chilean wine.
